Cultural Architecture, Inc., is an education oriented consulting firm, focused on leadership, strategy and cultural change, as well as, strategic training and development of key executives.
Born in Brisbane, Mark is a former Australian National and State Swimming Champion, setting records that stood for over a decade. Mark immigrated to the United States to pursue Ontological and Cultural Studies. A dedicated student of the Cultural Architecture methodology since its inception, Mark has trained directly with John King from 1995 to present, emphasizing practical application of proprietary tools and models with his clients. As a direct function of his specialized training, Mark has successfully produced, directed and managed more than 4000 hours of advanced educational programs for adults over the same sixteen year period.
In 1999, Mark began work as Project Manager with an untried construction company and subsequently was named COO. Passionately committed to world class quality and outstanding results, Mark’s vision moved the struggling start-up to a stable, prize winning, company and within three years the company became the second-largest custom home builder in New Mexico.
In 2003, honored by peers as an award winning designer/builder and astute realtor, Mark founded his own company, PlumbSquare. Utilizing Cultural Architecture methodology, he pioneered symbiotic collaboration with outstanding construction and manufacturing market leaders throughout the Southwestern US and India. In 2004, partnering with entrepreneur Usman Zia, Mark revolutionized Eco-construction, buying commercial tear downs in India and recycling the materials for reclaimed use products in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Prior to living in the United States Mark resided in Japan for 5 years, working in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Mark’s acquired knowledge of the Japanese language, and in particular, the tacit language of Otsukiai, his work ethic as Staff Trainer and business consultant/marketing advisor created the foundation for his outstanding success in serving numerous international clients in medical, auto manufacturing, hospitality, food and beverage, communications, fashion and beauty industries.
Mark is an avid surfer and mountain sport enthusiast. He is a devoted husband and father of three daughters. He currently resides in a home he built for his family in the Cibola National Forest in Sandia Park, New Mexico.
